Well, count that as a complete failure. Oh, well. Aaron and I have decided to both follow a "food plan" (ok, a diet) and increase our exercising from next week until when we go to Jamaica. I think I would like to TRY to lose 15 pounds. I know that the time does not allow for the "healthy" 1-2 pounds a week, but whatever. I'm going for it, anyways.

Kelsie, do you have a specific diet in mind? Good luck, I'm also going to go for "eating plan" this year.... let me know if you find one that's easy to follow and works well!
